The D-link DSL-2640R router runs with AOL perfectly,
I have had this router from AOL for 4 months. I run 5 computers from it – wireless and LAN connections. Also a PS3 – PSP – iPod Touch and have had no problems whatsoever. My previous router from AOL was a Thomson 546 and had no problems with that either. The D-Link router that I now have has been great and I thoroughly recommend it. I suggest that those people who have given it 1 star have probably been unfortunate and received rougue machines.

|Don’t Blame The Router-Blame AOL,
I have noticed all the rather bad reviews here for this D-Link DSL-2640R Router. And just look at them, all from AOL users. Please do not blame this router, because it works perfect. The only thing that does not work is AOL. They are by far one of the worst ISP’s in the UK. If you are with AOL I seriously recommend that you get rid of there dash board, and use the the IE shortcut to connect, or what ever browser your using.
The D-Link DSL-2640R is one of the most stylish routers I have come across on the market. I can honestly say that I have not had one blip at all with this router. I have 2 Desktop PC’s connected to it, and my Blu Ray Player, and I can honestly say it works superbly.
